1. General Terms & Conditions

Hotbet (hotbet.express) is an online betting and gaming platform licensed under an international gaming authority. These terms govern the relationship between Hotbet and its members.

The rules on this page apply to all Hotbet services, products, and activities. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept any part of them, please do not use the platform.

Hotbet reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time without prior notice, particularly if we have reason to believe they have violated or are violating these terms.

2. Account & Registration

To open an account on Hotbet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information may be cancelled at any time and all balances in such accounts may be forfeited.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, bonuses on all accounts will be cancelled and the accounts may be suspended.

• The name, date of birth, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate and genuine.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to Hotbet immediately.
• KYC verification (national ID and selfie) may be required before processing large withdrawals.

Hotbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account for investigation purposes. If the account is cleared, it will be fully reinstated.

3. Payments & Transactions

Hotbet supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit: The minimum deposit is ৳300. Deposits are typically credited to your wallet within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Network or banking system delays may occasionally extend this to up to 15 minutes.

Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account verification level. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Hotbet reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold in the event of suspicious transactions.

Hotbet never charges payment processing fees. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own fees in accordance with their policies.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

Hotbet offers a variety of bonuses, each with its own terms and conditions. It is important to read the specific offer's terms before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be completed within 30 days.

Reload Bonus: Eligible members receive a 50% deposit bonus every Friday, up to ৳2,000. Wagering requirement: 8x. Valid for 14 days.

Cashback Bonus: 15% cashback on net weekly losses, up to a maximum of ৳3,000. No wagering requirement applies to the cashback bonus.

• Only one Welcome Bonus is available per household or IP address.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn — it can only be used for betting.
• Once the wagering requirement is met, the bonus is automatically converted to real cash.
• Any unused bonus remaining at the time of expiry will be removed from your wallet.
• Hotbet reserves the right to modify its bonus programme at any time.

5. Betting Rules

There are a few core rules to follow when betting on Hotbet. These rules apply equally to all members.

Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details before placing your bet — no amendments are possible afterwards.

Odds Changes: Odds may change while placing a bet in live betting. If the odds shift, the system will notify you — you can then accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

Match Cancelled or Suspended: If an event is cancelled, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are refunded. If a match ends before the scheduled time but the result is officially confirmed, Hotbet will settle bets according to that official result.

• Fraudulent or coordinated betting is strictly prohibited.
• Any bet placed by exploiting a technical error will be voided.
• If a live score is found to be incorrect, Hotbet reserves the right to review and reconsider bets placed on that event.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event across multiple accounts (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

Slots and casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is certified by an independent third party. Every game outcome is entirely random and is not influenced by previous results.

6. Responsible Gaming

Hotbet believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to bet responsibly and enjoy it for what it is.

All Hotbet services are for users aged 18 and above. Placing bets on behalf of a minor, or assisting a minor in placing bets, is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Break: You can take a break from your account for anywhere between 1 day and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a long-term account closure at any time — it will take effect immediately.
• Reality Check: You will be reminded periodically of how long you have been playing.

8. Terms Amendment Policy
